July marked a transformative month for T-Blocks, as we strengthened our mission of connecting global investors with exclusive, high-growth opportunities across Albania and the Western Balkans. With a bold presence at the 26th Global Family Office Investment Summit (GFOIS) in French Riviera and a pivotal role during ICT & Innovation Industry Day in the UNESCO-listed city of Berat, our team brought institutional focus to both sides of the investment equation: capital mobilization and investable supply.
Presenting Alpha Mediterranean Fund at GFOIS Cannes
T-Blocks took the stage at GFOIS Cannes as the only platform representing Albania and the Balkans. Our team introduced Alpha Mediterranean Fund, a Luxembourg-based multi-asset fund structured to provide professional investors (including diaspora and family offices) access and active management to large, strategic, and off-market deals in:
- Coastal real estate (luxury hospitality, mixed-use resorts)
- Renewable energy (utility-scale solar parks)
The Fund targets a capital raise of €100 million to channel investments into the next wave of Albania’s growth sectors in tourism and energy.

- Co-Investment Opportunities — Eni Shtini participated in a panel led by Carmelo Caggia alongside global family offices, discussing multigenerational wealth, access to emerging market deals, and structuring regulated co-investments.

At the invitation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister Delina Ibrahimaj, T-Blocks joined the national dialogue on Albania’s digital and financial future, held on July 18 in Berat.
Represented by Eni Shtini, Henri Ndreca, and our partner Hersi Shima (former Blackrock), we contributed to a vibrant exchange of ideas with startup leaders, tech experts, and policymakers.
T-Blocks shared insights on:

The highlight was a private one-on-one meeting with the Prime Minister, where T-Blocks presented:
